Fischer Touring Skis

Fischer is ideally equipped to build touring skis because of its unique background in building high-tech cores from composites. The following collection features cores made with technology borrowed from aerospace and automotive engineering.

Fuma Air Core (New)
This technology combines Fischer’s extremely light Fuma wood with Air Core construction to form a strong, light honeycomb structure. Lightness combined with sandwich construction produce excellent stiffness with stability.
Tube Tech
This is a good example of how aerospace and automotive technologies have made their way into skiing. Fiberglass tubes provide strength with low weight as well as torsional stiffness for good downhill characteristics.
