From its modest beginnings in 1924 as a small business making wagons, sleds and wooden skis, Fischer has grown into one of the world’s premiere manufacturers of ski equipment. It’s also a major force in tennis, cross-country gear and special composites for aircraft and supercars. But that’s another story.

Below is the Fischer offering in alpine gear. Fischer uses a skill rating on a scale of 1 to 10 to help consumers. 1 corresponds to beginner, 10 corresponds to an elite athlete/expert.

Fischer will also use a new rocker range for all mountain and freeskis that retain a traditional camber underfoot.
