 HOLMENKOL strengthens presence
in North America
As of January 2010, HEAD Canada takes over the distribution of
the ski wax product range for HOLMENKOL. Already successful for
many years in the Canadian market and managed by competent
employees, HEAD will focus on the continued expansion of the
German hi-tech specialist HOLMENKOL in Canada. The ski
manufacturer has optimum structures and networks in place to
deliver sustainable growth to the HOLMENKOL market position and
also promote direct contact and professional care for promising ski
athletes, ski teams and ski clubs.
HOLMENKOL's existing pool partnership with the Canadian Skiing
Association will also be an advantage. Athletes belonging to the
cross country skiing and biathlon association have already been
relying on these innovative products for a number of years.
